Location
The roundhouse is a large fully furnished 30-year-old brick and cedar family home with spacious living areas suitable for family gatherings, seminars or business groups, who want space to entertain or relax. Amenities include an all-weather indoor heated swimming pool with swim jets, spa and sauna. The house has double-glazed windows, heat pump, balconies to enjoy the views, enclosed garden and poolside bbq area. Broadband and wireless router installed, also SKY digital TV and DVD/TV.
Five bedrooms: 1 King bed (can divide into two singles), 3 queen beds, two singles, 1 convertible sofa and 2 portable cots for infants. Kitchen and laundry have all modern conveniences. Linen provided throughout.
Located only a few minutes drive from the city centre above St Martins, the roundhouse is perched on the side a hill, offering sweeping views of Christchurch, Cashmere Hills, Alps and even glimpses of the Pacific Ocean. Double garage and off street parking next to the house down hillside driveway. Lower levels not suitable for wheelchair access.
Facilities
Sleeps up to 12 people, plus two portable cots for infants.
Upstairs: Open plan lounge and dining areas, bar, study, kitchen, large pantry, guest toilet and fifth bedroom with queen bed. Extra futon sofa converts into double bed. Library in loft.
Downstairs: Master bedroom, king bed, ensuite, under-floor heating, adjoining spa and sauna. Three double bedrooms, 2 queen beds and two single beds. Bathroom and third toilet. Fully equipped laundry. Cupboard of children's toys, puzzles and books.
Grounds: Heated pool with swim jets in conservatory, gas bbq and outdoor area with furniture. Fully enclosed garden and stairway leading to rumpus room above double garage. Parking for three motor vehicles.
Costs
MINIMUM STAY THREE NIGHTS.
RENTAL: NZ$360.00 per night for up to four people, plus NZ$30 per extra person/night.
Confirmation of booking requires details of credit card (Visa or Mastercard) and one night rental as deposit.
